Order Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 2 days of placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if:
- The order has already been processed and dispatched.
- The order has been communicated to the vendor/merchant and shipping has been initiated.
- Perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Returns & Replacements:
- Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The product must be reported to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of delivery.
- Important: To process any claims, customers must provide an uncut opening video of the parcel clearly showing the issue.
- The merchant will inspect the claim, and once verified, appropriate action (refund/replacement) will be initiated.
Refund Policy:
- In case a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.
- The actual credit to your account may depend on your bank/payment provider’s processing time.
